Celero has helped develop a multi-year IT roadmap to ensure IT systems are ready to support the launch of a new product that has the opportunity to double the size of the organization. We undertook a rapid diagnostic of the current state of commercial business practices and IT systems and co-created a vision for the organization’s future state. Gaps were identified in business process and opportunities for business improvement were agreed. Through facilitation of commercial leadership, priorities for business change and IT systems were established, providing an aligned view of IT investments on a multi-year roadmap.
